Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was excellent for visiting the sites of the Loire. Just 13 km from Amboise. The garden and pool area were top class. We were fortunate with v good weather. The Gite itself was good, quite bijoux but enough for our 4 night stay. The village of Neuille le Lierre is small with a mixture of rustic and classic French architecture. V pleasant. The host was v friendly and informative about the property. Overall a super short stay.

Negative: No much really. Some big coffee cups wouldn’t go amiss and a large sharp knife to cut bread, but really we didn’t have anything to grumble about.
