Positive: Conveniently close to town, with all necessary comforts.

Negative: Less squeaky floors maybe! But it is an old (albeit well-modernised) cottage, so to be expected! But it just adds to the atmosphere and character!

Summary: Excellent, well equipped, and comfortable property in a convenient location, with off road parking.
