Summary: Staff was nice . The room had an odor. The blow dryer was very weak with little heat seemed like it was running on batteries. The only items provided is soap tissues and thin towels. We tried to get our room cleaned the first day but by 5pm we gave up . This room needs blackout curtains the light came through. We could hear the TV and people talking in the rooms next to us so rooms are not sound proof.The breakfast was mostly sweets and scrambled eggs. The location was great. Thankfully we were able to open the door to our room we seen several people having great difficulties using the key struggling to open their door. Our shower handle was loose kept aiming the water out of the shower our floor kept getting wet. Overall I don't think I would stay here again cause the odor of the room was nausaing.
