Summary: First - they do not use mattress protectors on the beds. While I didn’t see any evidence of bedbugs, the sheets were stained and had hair on them when I first got there. The walls are quite thin, especially if located near the stairwell. The room was definitely not what was pictured in the photos. I paid for the “superior” twin room and the room was far too small for two people to be comfortable, let alone open your suitcase. Front desk staff was rude when asking about the difference in the pictures shown online and the room I received. While it is conveniently located, I would not recommend, or consider staying here myself ever again.
