Summary: Stayed in room 204. It was beat up and we had NO HOT WATER. When i addressed it at front desk I found out it was property wide outage! I would have never booked had I known that. I have complained direct with hotel review via Hilton only for them to say thanks for your feedback!!? I emailed the property and no reply. This is unacceptable as my reservation included a night stay and a bathroom to take a bath in! My husband and I could not do that because of no hot water! I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to make it right. But they have not. Beds were hard as a brick too. Very disappointed as I’m a Hilton honors member as well.
