This is a fully furnished monthly rental. It has all the furniture, linens and dishes you may need....:) Located in the beautiful Cannery. Access to the clubhouse and heated swimming pool may be available upon request for long term stays only. Nugget Shopping center is less than a mile away, 10 min bike ride to UC Davis, quick walk to UCD bus stop.
Each bedroom has a queen bed. We can also add twin beds in each room for a total of 6 beds. The house comfortably sleeps 6. Rental rate is based on 3 person occupancy. Extra fees may apply for larger groups.
