Summary: This is a beautiful historic home with a ton of character. We celebrated my sister’s 40th birthday in this home over the weekend and it did not disappoint with its high ceilings and time period architecture and decorations. It has 4 charmingly comfortable bedrooms with 3 fully stocked bathrooms upstairs as well as a half bath downstairs. The updated kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to have a small 40th birthday brunch with the 4 couples that stayed.We loved the homes’ historic beauty and sitting in the moody library with coffee. We walked to Broadway both nights, but took a taxi back as it was uphill for the walk back. I highly recommend booking this property if you are visiting Nashville.
