Summary: Room was clean, staff were nice. We had one issue where they told us when booking our spa that we will come to your room about 10-15 minutes before. Ok so we wait and they never came, I called 5 minutes after our start time and nothing. So we go down to the reception in our spa gear and when the lady comes, we get remarks that we were supposed to stay in our room... we tried... you didn't answer or come. Room was clean, it was very small but clean. The balcony was kind of a joke, it opens into a open area in the middle of the building and all you can see is walls. Also the climate control didn't work. We like it colder then they do and tried setting it to 19c but it seems they turned off the cooling system. Of course we opened the window but there was a chain smoker in the room below us that made it impossible for us to keep it open(I get sick when I am around cigarette smoke)
