Summary: The staff were all great, friendly and amenable but the hotel desperately needs refurbishment. The room was very disappointing with a grubby bathroom, despite upgrading to a superior room. We found a previous guest’s clothing and underwear in a drawer, the towels were removed and not replaced and elevator was out of action, so had to carry our cases 5 floors down. Great location though.
