Summary: The staff were very nice. Room size was fine. Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower was nice and hot with good pressure. There was no tea/coffee facilities or tissues in my room. There was a bottle of water supplied when you first arrive but this was not refilled. Quite a lot of the cable television stations were not working (both English & French), and the ones that were, stopped. Unfortunately the staff didn't know how to fix it. Location was excellent. A short walk to the Pantheon and Notre Dame. Bus stops and Metro stations close by. Also, I sent an email regarding laundry facilities, which was not answered. There is no laundry facilities at the hotel (although mentioned in amenities on Hotel.com) , however there is a laundromat about 5 min walk away. Also, a courtesy email regarding the road works out the front would have been appreciated.
