Aside from it's prime location, the best part of our home is our Resort-like backyard that includes a fully covered patio area with Kamado BBQ grill, lounging chairs, smart TV, hammocks, Patio table, serving table and private boat dock with 4 longing chairs to view the boats coming and going. Inside amenities include king size beds with larger smart TV's, fully equipped kitchen to cook or bake your favorite meals and comfortable sofa and recliners for relaxing.

Summary: This is a charming little house located close to the beach and 1.5 miles from the heart of Las Olas Blvd. We stayed here for 3 weeks. The house could use a couple of upgrades. The couch and two of the chairs around the table are fabric and stained/soiled. This was a turn off. The tv on the deck is streaming only which was a big disappointment. The tv in the 2nd bedroom is streaming only as well. Also, the owner keeps his boat out back. The boat is on a lift and completely blocks any view of the canal and surroundings. You're just staring at the side of a boat. On the flip side, the neighborhood is terrific.
