Summary: We all enjoyed our stay and communication with the owner was excellent. It's a perfect house for teenagers, they played tennis, badminton, boules and the WIFI was pretty good. The highlight was the pool which was fantastic and warm enough that the boys even swam when it was raining. The house had everything we needed for a self catering holiday and we cooked every evening. We had a few very hot days and the house stayed cool inside. We liked Arcais and enjoyed hiring a boat and eating at the restaurant by the river. We used the small supermarket a few times and it's really well stocked.We had days out in La Rochelle and the Ile de Re which are not far at all.
