Positive: Basic.

Negative: First of all. Get rid of the self check in system. It doesn’t work. The code they send didn’t work and had to get someone to come and let us in. The qr code for our room didn’t work so we ended up just being given a key. 10am check out is stupid.

Summary: Nothing really worked, including the self check in system. 10am checkout is poor.
