Chateau de Larrouzé, beautiful in and outside, provides modern comforts whilst recognizing its rich heritage. It is located 5 minutes drive from Condom along a tiny side road leading up to the wine domaines. The Gite is a stunning four-bedroom house arranged over two floors, juxtaposing old with new and providing guests with unrivalled accommodation suitable for large groups. You enter the property from the West through a lovely courtyard with a Mediterranean feel and immediately you are drawn through huge glass doors into the dining room/kitchen. It is spacious, cool and airy with a cathedral ceiling, a modern newly fitted kitchen and a large dining table seating 10/12 guests easily. There is storage for jackets and boots.

The kitchen is superbly equipped. There is a BBQ outside in the courtyard and ample seating for lazing around.

At the far end of the dining room, to the right and down a couple of steps there is a separate lounge. This the oldest part of the house dating back to the 13th century. The room has a cathedral ceiling with wonderful old oak beams. Tucked within the fireplace you will find the original bread oven, beautifully restored. You will not miss the original sink. There is a staircase leading up to the main house. This room has a sofa bed for extra guests.

Chateau de Larrouze is truly idyllic place totally surrounded by countryside. There are two terraces for use and guests are free to use the gardens around the chateau. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of space around to lounge and relax.
