The Space:
The Luxurious Living Space: As you enter the complex you instantly feel like you are entering a quaint Tuscan Villa. Cobblestones, wrought iron balconies, and beautiful flowers let you know it is time to relax and take a break while in America's Finest City. After parking you enter a townhome that was created with luxury in mind. A spiral staircase connects the living areas starting with a bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor the epitome of open concept allows you eat and relax in a kitchen/dining room/living room that flows together and includes more amazing balconies, a vibrant wall fireplace and gigantic 78" smart TV. Continuing up to the 3rd floor you will find a spacious master with a king bed and so much space we had to add another couch and seating area. Finally, hidden atop a recessed staircase in the master bathroom is access to an exceptional rooftop deck. You can see Balboa Park to the north and the San Diego Bay and Coronado to the south. Your morning coffee and evening refreshment will be the highlight of every day while taking in the best of San Diego...the weather!

The Neighborhood:
Cortez Hill is the north-east section of downtown San Diego. It is considered one of the safest and most walkable parts of downtown and is far enough from hustle and bustle of Little Italy and the Gaslamp that it maintains its serenity all day and night. But you can easily walk to those parts of downtown to take in the restaurants and bars that are world class.
Getting Around:
We have a small single car garage for your use (San Diego is best experienced by car). However, should you forgo a rental car, downtown is exceptional for its mass transit options. Uber/Lyft are also plentiful and inexpensive in San Diego.
Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, we require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Despite any stated cancellation policy, we will refund 100% (less any processing fees) for any cancellations made prior to 60 days from your arrival date. Inside of 60 days, we will refund any amount we can recover by re-renting the home for the cancelled dates.
Interaction with Guests:
We are a self-service destination (check-in details will be sent 2 days prior to arrival). However, we are also a full-service, professional management company (that has been a Superhost and Preferred Partner for over 6 years running) and we are just a phone call/text/email away and have agents that are almost never more than 10 minutes away should a need arise.
