2 MASTER SUITES! ALL ROOMS WITH PRIVATE FULL BATHS
-----Our 'Havasupai Suite' is our first floor Master Suite. It is a quiet resort style room complete with custom hand carved furniture, KING SIZED BED, wrap around completely private courtyard with private stone fountain, outdoor STONE shower, large hammered copper tub, indoor copper spa shower and private Kiva fireplace (for winter use) and walk in closet.
-----The second master is our 'Apache Suite'. Located on the second floor with its own private entrance up the Kiva watchtower, the Hualapai Suite has a custom hand carved queen bed with amazing views of the Colorado River and Grand Canyon. A private tiled bath with a Rain Shower and copper sink adjoins the suite.
-----Our 'Pueblo Suite' is our family suite. Entering the room through its own private courtyard entrance, the Yavapai Suite features a custom hand crafted Queen bed accented with Suagro from Arizona as well as a matching bunk configured bed. The upper bed is a extra long twin while the bottom bunk is an extra long full sized bed. The full bath showcases a beautiful custom shower with unique southwest features.
PATIOS:
There is a lower patio, rooftop patio and private patio off the Master Suite. The lower patio and rooftop patio have stunning views of the Grand Canyon, Colorado River, Glen Canyon Dam, Lale Powell and the surrounding desert. The private patio off the master is just that-private. It is surrounded by adobe type walls and features a stone water feature and outdoor stone shower off master bath.
INTERIOR:
The main living area features a comfortable living room and Kiva style fireplace (Winter use only), a fuly stocked southwestern kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, a wet bar with sink and beverage cooler, a dining bar and dining area. The living area is surrounded by Santa Fe Style Mission doors for viewing the not only the panoramic vistas but also the courtyard stone water feature!
PARKING:
Parking at the Kiva Cliff House is expansive. With 4000sf of rustic cobblestone pavers, any length boat and trailer can find a parking spot along with several more vehicles.

Please Note: There are four exterior SECURITY CAMERAS directed out to the perimeter of the Kiva Cliff House home where there should be no reasonable expectation of privacy since all areas surveilled are clearly visible to the neighbors and to the general public. There is one camera located at the entry driveway and three cameras located on exterior corners of the home facing the perimeter desert area around the home. All SECURITY CAMERAS primarily serve as a deterrent to trespassing as well as to capture forensics in the event of a break in or home invasion. Access to surveillance data is strictly limited and is scheduled to auto-delete at predetermined intervals
