Get ready to be wow'ed by this sparkling new, fresh, and clean lake house get away. This vacation is NOT right on the Lake but very very close. Literally a one minute drive down the road you will arrive at our amazing lake access with a boat ramp, pier for fishing and swimming, park, play ground and BBQ grill.

This house is kid friendly, furnished with bunk beds. Bring the whole family to experience a fun time. We also have another listing "Comfy Cottage #2" which is right next door to this one - if you and another want to plan a vacation or family reunion together.

Private Lake access:
We are not water front but the lake is very close; a 1 minute drive! Drive north on Comanche Cove Dr, next make a left on Bayshore, and then a right on water view. You will enter a parking lot and there you’ll see a boat ramp, a playground, and picnic tables. You will need to walk out to see the pier where you can feel free to fish or swim! There is a BBQ grill for public use on a first come first serve basis so feel free to use it! Please pick up after yourself, keep the area clean; there are trash bins you can use.

Basketball Court:
Shoot some hoops at a near by basketball court! Drive south on Comanche Cove Dr next make a right up Raintree Trail, and then make a left on scenic drive. The basketball court will be on your left!

Summary: The property itself was affordable and was satisfactory for our needs. There were some areas that could have been cleaned better (vacuum rug under coffee table - food dropped by prior), floors not the cleanest. Check in process not great. After driving 5 hours only to arrive and still had not received the code. Left 2 messages and sent two emails thru VRBO with no response. Called VRBO who began working on getting us another property in the area. We actually left the property after a two hour wait with no word from property owner when they finally called back to provide the code. After that the stay was fine. I had seen other reviews concerning property access and responsiveness, but decided to give them a chance and was disappointed. Hopefully they will improve.
