Positive: Pool was great. Location handy for Disney. Lots of facilities on site.

Negative: Toilet in our apartment had an awful smell from the day we arrived. Staff were rude at times. On arrival we were told we would have to pay for the stay again. I said I had paid via booking.com. The man replied with 'well if you want to stay here now you pay us now'. They went and looked into it and saw I had infact paid and left it then, but there was no need for the rudeness. The place could do with a bit of paint here and there. Lighting at night time around the park could be improved. Terrible pillows!!
