It's modern, clean, renovated - ideal for any group size. The best part of this home is the location right in downtown Charlottesville. Also near Interstate 64 and UVA - with a lot of bedrooms, beds, and space to spread out with great amenities - toiletries and coffee. Washer/dryer units, two fully equipped kitchens, and two Roku 55" TVs.
****While we are excited for you to stay in our home, we live on a main street in the Belmont neighborhood so you will hear street noise as cars go by. Please keep this in mind while booking. However, each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine to drown out some noise if needed. But hey, you're in the middle of downtown so what'd ya expect?? :) *******
Basics: Tons of space in the heart of the city! 6 Bedrooms total, 3.5 bathrooms, two dining areas, 2 kitchens, deck, large yard, outdoor eating area, and spacious common spaces. We can set up additional air mattresses and bedding on a couch if you have more than 14 guests.
This 6 bedroom house is ideally located a half mile from the Downtown Mall and just 1.5 miles from UVA. Ideal for bachelorette weekends, wedding parties, UVA football games, and reunions. Our home is truly one of a kind in a fantastic walkable location. This home features two sunny, open kitchens and a welcoming front porch and back deck overlooking the backyard.
The Main Floor Front Unit: The living room, kitchen and half bathroom are all on the main floor. The living room features new couches and seating that surround the Roku TV that has access to anything you want to stream!
The Upstairs Front Unit: The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached master bathroom. There are three guest bedrooms, two with queen beds and a twin XL in each, and a third room with a king sized bed. The stacked laundry units are upstairs in the hallway.
The Back Unit: There are two queen-sized beds with a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a full kitchen, separate living room, and eating area. Please not there is no internal access between the back unit and the front unit. The back unit can be accessed from the outer door with no stairs. Further, there is a dishwasher in the front unit only.
There is a basement lower level that is unavailable that is currently under renovation and vacant.
