Summary: We chose Bellasera for a rare staycation. We had a great room overlooking the pool. We had a fun time but were highly disappointed to be woken up by construction near the pool the following morning at 6:45. When envisioning our nice, relaxing one night away from home, a 6:45 wakeup wasn't what we were expecting. Further disappointing was that we called the desk and were told they'd look into it, only for the consistent banging to continue until we finally had enough and left the room. Upon checkout, the attendant apologized, which was nice. What would've been nicer would have been no banging, or for it to stop, considering the time of day. We will think twice when booking next time. Really bummed that it was acceptable to have construction when guests are sleeping and paid good money to stay.
