This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath end townhome is located in the private community of Bayside at Bethany Lakes, just off Cedar Neck Road in Ocean View, and just a short drive to beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Nicely decorated with designer finishes and well-equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances. Two separate living areas make this home ideal for entertaining or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs, 3 DVDs, Blu-ray, Keurig, books, video library, games, Wifi. Plus, child's high chair, Pack 'n' Play, beach toys and chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed and guests asked to clean them for the next guests.)

Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
