Summary: Check in was very confusing, the confirmation text only states the unit number but does not tell you which exterior door to us. When calling the host I was connected to a customer service agent who had never seen the property so he could only send me pictures from the list that were not helpful for accessing the unit. The bathroom is also not connected to the room which was not stated in the listing. I would not have booked had I known the bathtoom was not connected. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and there was no other furniture in the room so we were not able to relax in the unit at all.
