Negative: We made our booking through Booking.com and received a confirmation that the reservation was successful. However, we didn't receive any information regarding how to access the hotel, the gate, or the room. When we arrived, it was raining heavily, and since it was after 9 PM, we couldn't get inside — no prior information was given that a payment was required on site to receive the necessary access codes. Fortunately, after about 15 minutes, someone passing by let us in, allowing us to search for the reception. Unfortunately, it was already closed, and although there was a check-in machine, it was impossible to complete the payment because the card terminal was broken. We then had to spend another 20 minutes making a new booking directly through the hotel’s website and paying online with a bank card. Only after completing the new booking did we receive the full information including the gate and room codes. Overall, the process took over an hour in the rain, with small children waiting in the car, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. Despite this unfortunate and chaotic arrival, the hotel itself did not disappoint — it was clean, comfortable, and very well located. After this experience, we are still willing to return.
