Summary: Grumpy staff told me not to ring the bell when we couldn’t see her. Why have a bell then? She then checked us into a room that hadn’t been made up from the previous occupants. We arrived at 11:30pm so I thought they would know the room wasn’t ready! TV in the room didn’t work, the bathroom vanity was broken.
