With a wealth of experience in the equestrian field in France and abroad, she is particularly passionate about ancient and traditional practices. Since 2010, she has been devoting herself to equestrian art, devising live shows combining music, theater, poetry, literature, dance, painting, sculpture, equestrian arts and horses. Alongside her sporting and artistic equestrian experience, Audrey is also a yoga teacher and yogatherapist, certified by the French Federation of Green Yoga (accredited professional training center certified by Yoga Alliance International). She offers introductory and advanced classes in yoga, relaxation and meditation, as well as personalized consultations in therapeutic yoga and hypnomeditation, in a beautiful setting dedicated to well-being on the estate itself.
