The rental of the accommodation includes the supply of 8kwh/day of electricity (meter reading on arrival and departure). The surplus is to be paid to the owner: actual billing according to consumption (meter reading). If the heating is not electric, the billing is based on actual consumption (meter reading for gas, oil, pellets, or wood provided and to be paid on site).
