The cottage is located in a quiet residential hamlet near the renowned vineyards of the Bergerac region (Monbazillac, Pécharmant, etc.). Numerous sites to visit, including Bergerac with its old quarters featuring half-timbered houses, fortified towns (bastides), and castles. Towards the Gironde estuary, you can visit the sites of Saint-Michel-de-Montaigne with its tower and Montcaret, famous for its Gallo-Roman villa, then Saint-Émilion and Bordeaux.
